Our customers enjoy turnkey services from a single source provider, easing communication, project management, record keeping and paperwork flow from project start to finish. Expert Water Removal is the area's premier nationally certified provider of 24 hour emergency water removalΒ and also provides Mold Removal and Remediation and Smoke and Fire Damage and Restoration services.

Job Description

Develop and grow new business opportunities and maintain current relationships; also execute marketing activities in accordance with our company's success strategies. Β Sales & Business Development Representative is expected to work at least 40 hours per week with some weekend and evening hours required as needed.Β  The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following weekly tasks: Β Β Β 

- Route market insurance agents as per company program Β Β Β 

- Warm and cold call 10 potential Business leads. Β Β Β 

- Review all new jobs in contact management software to find additional referral sources Β Β Β 

- Execute approximately 60 face-to-face visits. Β Β Β 

- Complete 2 luncheon presentations. Β Β Β 

- Use Send Out Cards to stay in front of Business leads. Β Β Β 

- Maintain Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Qualifications

Β  Must possess:

  • Β  strong computer skills
  • Β  excellent time management and organization skills
  • Β  extraordinary communication skills, verbal and written

Knowledge of:

  • Β  Microsoft Office Suite
  • Β  CRM software the Restoration industry and/or current market area an asset
  • Β  Construction and insurance processes a plus
  • Β  Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
