Overview Business Development Representative (BDR) – Firearms Industry SaaS | Remote | Entry-Level | No Experience Required Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. This is a high-activity role with clear expectations and metrics for success in a fast-growing SaaS company serving firearms dealers and specialty retailers nationwide.

Argosight has been retained by a fast-growing SaaS company to hire Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will help firearms dealers and specialty retailers succeed with cutting-edge technology. The technology backbone supports compliance and business operations for firearms dealers, pawn shops, and specialty retailers. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to firearms dealers and specialty retailers nationwide.

Use AI-powered tools and proven playbooks to connect with prospects and book qualified meetings. Qualify prospects using structured questions and frameworks — no prior sales experience required; training will be provided. Schedule demos for Account Executives and partner with them to drive revenue.

Master tools like HubSpot, AirCall, and ChatGPT to work smarter and faster. Success Metrics Meetings Booked: 8–10 qualified meetings per week for Account Executives. Call Activity: 80–100+ outbound calls daily, with several hours of active phone time.

Conversion Rate: Account Executives close approximately 30–35% of meetings you book. Ramp Timeline: Reach full productivity within the first few months with support and training. Growth and Career Path On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$75,000, realistic first-year target, uncapped commission potential.
