To thrive as an Entry Level BDR Tech, you need strong communication, prospecting, and research skills, often supported by a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or technology. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and basic understanding of SaaS products is typically required. Our people make all the difference in our success. Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow - all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

About the Role
We're looking for an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to own intern and entry-level hiring across PTC, with primary responsibility for managing and enhancing our flagship summer internship program (75-80 interns annually). This high-visibility role centers on delivering a best-in-class internship experience, while also supporting broader early career recruiting needs during the program off-season.
You'll partner closely with leaders across the business, drive core recruiting processes, and strengthen PTC's early talent pipeline through thoughtful programming, events, and relationship-building.
What You'll Do
Intern & Early Careers Recruiting
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level roles across business and technical teams
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on headcount, role scope, and candidate profiles
• Build pipelines through university relationships, referrals, and prior intern networks
• Lead the offer process, including compensation alignment and delivery
• Maintain candidate data and workflows through the ATS (Workday) and dashboards
Internship Program Management
• Lead execution of PTC's 10-week summer internship program from onboarding to final presentations
• Own all core program elements-two-day orientation at our Boston Seaport HQ, professional development workshops, leadership speaker series, and intern networking and community-building events
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with HR, IT, Payroll, and business teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain and enhance an established program that is already operating effectively, focusing on continuous improvement, innovation, and elevating intern experience year over year
• Ensure consistent, high-quality programming across all intern groups and teams
• Oversee communication strategy with interns from offer acceptance through program completion
Campus & Event Strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key universities and student organizations
• Lead early-career events primarily at our Boston HQ, including open houses and student visit days
• Coordinate PTC's presence at major annual early-talent conferences in the U.S. (e.g., SHPE and similar)
• Develop recruiting materials, presentations, and hiring manager enablement resources
• Test and optimize sourcing channels to strengthen early talent pipelines
Rotational Leadership Development Program (RLDP) Support
• Support recruiting for PTC's RLDP, including planning and managing ""Superday" interview events
• Coordinate candidate logistics, interview schedules, and stakeholder alignment
• Assist with evaluations and selection processes
BDR Hiring
• Support recruiting for Business Development Representative (BDR) roles in partnership with Inside Sales for Digital Thread and our Velocity Business Unit (Onshape/Arena)
• Ensure a smooth, consistent interview experience for all candidates
Program Operations
• Maintain recruiting trackers, documentation, and program resources
• Deliver ongoing updates and reporting on key metrics (hiring progress, participation, conversion rates)
• Identify and implement process improvements across tools, workflows, and candidate experience
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience-early careers, campus, or high-volume hiring preferred
• Strong program management and event planning experience
• Comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communicator with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, RippleMatch, etc)
What Success Looks Like
• A smooth, high-impact internship program that drives strong hiring outcomes and intern-to-full-time conversion
• Positive feedback from interns, hiring managers, and business teams
• Continuous program improvement and a strong, consistent early-talent pipeline
• Strong relationships built cross-functionally and within the TA & People Teams
