SAN ANTONIO DODGE IS NOW HIRING! We are looking for a Full Time, energetic, motivated Automobile BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) to join our World Class team! Whether you have previous automotive, sales, or customer service experience or are just starting out, growth opportunities are available.

The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using their preferred method of communication (internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc.) in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business. The ideal candidate has previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and build client relationships, while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Develop rapport with prospective buyers
  • Maintain and update inventory for sale on various internet websites
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
