We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive new revenue in the San Antonio market. This role requires an individual who is aggressive, persistent, and confident in building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other referral partners. The ideal candidate understands the competitive nature of the San Antonio title market and is comfortable generating business through consistent outreach and follow up

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business within the San Antonio market
  • Conduct daily outreach to realtors, lenders, builders, and referral partners
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of in person visits, calls, meetings, and follow ups
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions
  • Partner with escrow teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track activity, results, and revenue growth with accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of urgency and accountability in all sales efforts
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and willingness to hustle
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales schedule
  • Previous title industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Real Estate/Comercial/Title Insurance experience is higly preferred
  • For experienced candidates, an established book of business is strongly preferred
Compensation

Compensation depends on experience and whether the candidate brings an existing book of business.

Experienced BDR with a Book
  • Base salary between 65k and 85k
  • Commission structure based on production
  • Immediate revenue expectations
Entry Level BDR without a Book
  • Base Salart between 50k to 60k
  • Commission structure based on new business generated
  • Must be aggressive, coachable, and willing to build from the ground up

  • Comfortable with a high level of activity and face to face interaction
  • Understands the relationship driven nature of the San Antonio market
