The Role:
As a BDR at iPath, you will be the first point of contact for new potential customers. Your mission: identify prospects, start conversations, understand their communication challenges, and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
You’ll be a key contributor to our expansion, shaping how businesses discover iPath’s solutions.
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new qualified opportunities.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral channels.
  • Set up discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate, organized notes and prospect data in our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and opportunity‑generation targets.
  • Collaborate to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and campaigns.
  • Develop a solid understanding of VoIP, UCaaS, and the broader cloud communications landscape.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience (VoIP, SaaS, MSP, or telecom a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence and clarity.
  • Self‑starter mentality with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort in a high‑activity outreach environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn cloud communication technologies.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
