Role: Sales Development/ Business Development Representative (SaaS)
Location: Remote (DMV Area only)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in SaaS sales to help expand our presence in the US market. The primary focus of this role is lead generation and setting up qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Research and target potential clients within defined industries and segments
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the core sales team
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM tools
  • Support initial client engagement by providing relevant information and context for meetings

Key Expectations (Initial Phase)
  • Focus on generating qualified leads and booking meetings rather than closing deals
  • Work closely with the core team, which will handle conversions and deeper client engagement
  • Contribute to building a strong pipeline for long-term growth

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a Sales Development or Business Development role
  • Proven track record of lead generation and meeting scheduling
