Our platform helps automotive dealerships modernize customer communication across sales and service, improving response times, customer experience, and BDC performance. We're a fast-growing SaaS company focused on making communication simple, efficient, and impactful for dealerships nationwide. Candidates in Florida or Colorado are preferred.


Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help accelerate Volie's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in competitive environments, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build a successful career in SaaS sales. As an SDR, you'll serve as the first point of contact with prospective customers and play a critical role in generating pipeline and driving revenue growth. Candidates in Florida or Colorado are preferred. This is a 100% remote position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage dealership leaders through cold calls, email campaigns, social outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Identify customer pain points and uncover opportunities where Volie can provide measurable value.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Volie's products and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, prospecting, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Competitive mindset with resilience and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and modern sales tools is preferred.
  • Automotive industry or SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
