As we scale, we're expanding our sales organization with high-performing professionals who know how to close business in a competitive, consultative SaaS environment.
Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a quota-carrying sales professional responsible for moving qualified leads from initial engagement through to closed business. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience selling SaaS solutions, a proven record of hitting or exceeding quotas, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for non-technical decision-makers to State and Federal government decision makers. The SDR will manage qualified opportunities provided by the Business Development Representatives (BDRs), leverage Salesforce to track pipeline, and work directly with leadership to expand market share and accelerate company growth.

  • Engagequalified leads from BDRs and move them through the full sales cycle toclose.
  • Conductdiscovery meetings to identify business challenges, objectives, anddecision criteria.
