Job Description

Title: Sales Incentive Analyst

Location: Billerica MA

Duration:06 Months

Key Individual Accountabilities:

Support Territory Management and Incentive Compensation teams with, processes, data and tasks for timely calculation and payout of sales incentives.

Perform ad hoc reporting upon request, strategizing data retrieval, prioritizing needs and executing for on time delivery.

Perform ongoing master data maintenance to optimize the benefit of data analysis for the North America Research & Applied Commercial Area.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Life Science industry experience would be a plus.
  • Territory Management and Incentive Compensation experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge using Business Intelligence Tools, e.g. Business Objects, Business Warehouse, BEx, Powerpivot, ERP systems e.g. Oracle, SAP and CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills (using pivot tables, vlookup, macros) required. Experience with MS Access would be a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience.
