Job description

BPOD Latam is Looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to Join our team in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mission
The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting Sales Compensation processes and analytics, including the design and continuous improvement of variable incentive plans, as well as the analysis of sales and financial data. This role ensures alignment between internal compensation practices and market standards, and supports business decision-making through insights, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsabilities
  • Support the design and ongoing enhancement of sales incentive and variable compensation plans, identifying opportunities to optimize models and align incentives with business strategy and market practices.
  • Manage the administration and governance of commission processes, including auditing and validating calculations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined plans
  • Analyze sales and financial data to generate insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing visibility into sales performance, incentive effectiveness, and key business metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across tools, reporting, and data management to enhance scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Compensation or similar analytical roles.
  • Hands-on experience in variable compensation plans and commission structures, as well as a solid understanding of financial metrics and sales performance drivers (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from sales and financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and commission calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
