Terminal Supply is a leading national distributor and manufacturer serving the MRO and OEM industries with a focus on electrical products and wire harnesses. We are currently seeking a full-time Purchasing Administrator to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our inventory management and purchasing processes.
  • Order, process, and assist in maintaining stock for inventory at all locations
  • Coordinate material acquisition for special orders and internal harness production
  • Match order acknowledgements with placed purchase orders to ensure accuracy
  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize delivery schedules and expedite shipments
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues
  • Assist in maintaining of costing systems while also reconciling any discrepancies
  • Provide shipment dates for all ordered items to facilitate scheduling and planning
  • Work to maintain department goals and expectations set by Purchasing Management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
