Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a complex Army radar program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role provides programmatic, acquisition, and financial support across the full lifecycle of the Army’s ground-based radar systems including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants.

This position is contingent upon award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support acquisition financial management activities, including formulation, execution, and defense of program budgets throughout all PPBE phases
  • Manage manpower requirements and provide responses to RFIs, funding drills, and programmatic data calls
  • Develop and justify budget exhibits, funding documentation, and lifecycle cost analyses to support program planning and stakeholder decision making
  • Serve as a requirements and cost integrator, coordinating inputs across internal and external program stakeholders
  • Monitor and assess program cost, schedule, and performance against approved baselines to support acquisition lifecycle execution
  • Enter, retrieve, and manage program data within government financial and acquisition systems such as DAVE, PMRT, CCaR, PIEE, and AE2S

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, or 4 additional years of program analyst experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of program analyst experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Army program office or PEO/PM experience supporting acquisition, logistics, budget, or requirements functions
  • Demonstrated expertise with DoD financial systems and cost tools (DAVE, PMRT, CCaR) and strong understanding of DoD 5000 series acquisition policies
