Description

Infinity Technology LLC, is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and customer-focused individual who will be responsible for providing Manpower Management Analyst services for our client onsite at the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), Manpower Survey Team, Fort Liberty, NC. The ideal candidate is a self-starter requiring little oversight and has experience working within the Army or DoD spaces in a similar role.


*This position is located onsite at Fort Liberty, NC (also known as Fort Bragg)*

Requirements

  • Conduct Single Point/Combined Manpower Studies and compose manpower models using the U.S. Army Manpower Analysis Agency's (USAMAA) five-phased methodology and comparative analysis.
  • Provide assistance to the Department of Defense (DoD) with conducting manpower reviews for all operation and generating forces.
  • Develop process maps (flowcharts) to reflect mission-related workload for assigned work centers.
  • Perform analysis that results in the design and development of an application, an analysis report, recommendation, or training with DoD manpower management program.
  • Interact with force management/HR information systems such as Force Management System Website (FMSWeb) and Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS).
  • Conduct manpower studies and models.
  • Conducting interviews and/or surveying a population for determining manpower requirements.
  • Create monthly status reports, as required.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and Infinity leadership.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • At least two (2) years' relevant Manpower experience desired.
  • Experience with force management/HR information systems such as Force Management System Website (FMSWeb) and Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) desired.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with MS Visio desired.
  • Experience with MS Teams desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit great attention to detail.
  • Must be able to adapt to changes with little to no notice.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and remain organized.
  • Must exhibit basic math skills.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must have Active SECRET, or higher, security clearance.
