SFS is looking for a Management Analyst II(Force Design & Personnel)
Location: On Site Fort Lee VA (Potential CONUS/OCONUS Travel)Position Overview
The Management Analyst II supports force design and personnel development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Army force structure and manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Force Design Updates (FDUs) in accordance with Army regulations
  • Analyze personnel data and recommend workforce solutions
  • Coordinate with CASCOM and TRADOC stakeholders
  • Maintain and update force structure data (FMSWeb, IPPS-A)
  • Support Military Occupational Classification System (MOCS) updates
  • Participate in planning teams and assessment efforts
  • Produce data visualizations and monthly reporting products
Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of force development experience (AR 71-32)
  • Experience with FMSWeb, IPPS-A, PAMWEB, and MOCS
  • 6+ years using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Preferred
  • Experience in OCS environments
  • Data visualization and analytics experience
