Job description

Qualis LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Operations/Planning Support Analyst for possible upcoming work in support of our government customer in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate will provide contractor advisory and analytical support to HQ CFC S3/5/7 across deliberate and crisis action planning, orders development, and operational integration.


Essential Duties:

  • Support the Task Order Lead the development, delivery and storage of monthly CDRL’s to include Monthly Status Reports (CPMSR), Trip Reports and Manpower Reporting.
  • Support mission analysis, COA development, wargaming, and planning product refinement in accordance with JP 5-0 and CJCS guidance.
  • Assist in drafting and coordinating OPORD’s FRAGORD’s, WARNORD’s, and DEPORD’s.
  • Prepare planning materials, briefings, and decision products for senior leaders.
  • Support OPT’s, OPG’s, and tailored planning meetings; capture decisions, tasks, and operational impacts.
  • Assist in integrating CFC equities into Joint Staff and USSPACECOM planning cycles.
  • Support integration of C2IE operational effects into planning updates.
  • Track operational tasks in TMT and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in document review, comment consolidation, and staffing package preparation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter.
  • 7-10 years of OSW staff, Joint Staff, Uniformed Service headquarters staff, CCMD staff, Service Field Command staff, or subordinate field unit experience with emphasis in operational planning, campaigning and orders development at the operational level.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
