Job Title: Total Force Manpower Analyst, SeniorJob Category: TrainingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%Type of Travel: Continental US* * *The Opportunity:As a Total Force Manpower Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide senior-level civilian and military workforce analysis in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) programs and operations. This position serves as a trusted advisor to military and civilian leadership on workforce planning, civilian manpower allocation, compliance, and performance management. The analyst integrates federal manpower policy, Manage-to-Payroll guidance, and Total Force principles to support informed decision-making and organizational readiness.Responsibilities:Provide senior-level Total Force manpower analysis and advisory support to I MEF leadership.Serve as liaison between military leadership and the federal civilian workforce.Analyze civilian manpower allocation in accordance with Manage-to-Payroll guidance and applicable regulations.Administer and support Civilian Resource Working Groups (CRWG) and manpower prioritization forums.Ensure compliance with federal employment rules, policies, and performance management requirements.Support civilian performance appraisal processes and review boards.Develop workforce analytics, reports, and provide recommendations supporting staffing, budgeting, and readiness.Provide training and guidance to leaders on civilian manpower policies and procedures.Operate independently in a dynamic environment requiring discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.Qualifications:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in manpower analysis, workforce planning, or human capital management.Demonstrated experience supporting federal civilian manpower programs.Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills.Ability to interface effectively with senior military and civilian leadership.Active Secret clearance .PreferredMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.Prior experience supporting Marine Corps or DoD civilian workforce programs.Experience with performance appraisal systems and workforce analytics tools.What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
