Job description

NIKA is hiring for a Program Analyst to support our program for the of U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine & Surgery (BUMED). This position will be based out of the BUMED Headquarters in Falls Church, VA!

Job Description and Tasks
  • The Program Analyst provides support for advanced DMLSS-FM development and
    implementation initiatives.
  • Provides support for BUMED medical readiness facility portfolio.
  • The Program Analyst builds queries, reports, and analysis of data from Naval Facility Systems
    Engineering Command's (NAVFAC) and/or Marine Corps Maximo and eProjects systems to track the status of work and projects related to BUMED's facility portfolio.
  • Program Analyst will assist the Consulting Program Manager with analysis and formatting of data supporting preparation of recurring and other deliverables.
  • Program Analyst will support BUMED Headquarters and Regional staff with analysis and documents to answer facility-related requests for information from BUMED leadership staff and other stakeholders as requested.
  • Program Analyst will provide Subject Matter Expertise and analysis to support BUMED Facility
    Management-related financial and planning activities such as annual enterprise Maintenance
    Action Plans, Program Objective Memorandum, and Special Projects Board.
  • Program Analyst will provide support to BUMED Headquarters and Regional staff with expertise and analysis of key Real Property data repositories, documents, and systems such as the Facility Sustainment Model, Data Analysis, and Integration Support (DAIS) Platform, Asset Reporting Management System (ARMS), Business Intelligence and Business Common System for DMLSS-FM and LogiCole.
  • Program Analyst will execute (as directed by the Nakupuna Consulting Program Manager)
    DMLSS-FM/LogiCole facility record updates, additions, and removals with approval from the
    BUMED Headquarters Real Property Officer.
  • Program Analyst will provide support for BUMED
    commands with evaluation of Facility Management instructions and other guiding documents from DoD, Navy, DHA, and BUMED as requested

Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience as data analyst or similar position.
  • Two years of specialized experience in facility management-related
    dataset analysis and interpretation.
  • Well-versed in facility management concepts and processes, preferably in federal or DoD environments.
  • Working knowledge of DMLSS-FM and/or other CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs. Working knowledge of BUILDER Sustainment Management System. Familiarity with BUMED facilities data and reporting procedures and processes.
  • Must be able to attain a US Security Clearance
