Job description

Amentum is actively seeking a Program Analyst to provide project support and coordination under the U.S. Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime (PAE Maritime) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. Project support includes routine and non-routine program correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, financial tracking and reporting, resource management, forecasting and data entry, project analysis and reports. The program analyst will work directly with the Project Manager and Iraq project management team supporting the Iraq VMR DO.

Daily duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for daily operations, including managing schedules, deliverables, and tracking progress on the Iraq VMR FOTS program.

  • Perform data validation and implement quality control measures ensuring continued success and compliance of the Iraq VMR program.

  • Organize, draft, and file electronic and physical documents while maintaining archives and ensuring proper document control procedures.

  • Assist Project Manager in establishing and defining program requirements.

  • Coordinate resources and support project planning by aligning personnel, materials, and schedules to support on-time project execution and efficient use of organizational resources.

  • Ensure AMRO catalogue is current and compliant by working with OCONUS logistics, Project management team, and warehouse logistics team.

  • Maintain end-to-end control of material flow, including cataloging, submitting, tracking, verifying and receiving incoming materials.

  • Submit material backorders as required, monitor order status through final delivery, mitigate delivery delays and update records to reflect inventory movements.

  • Receive all incoming delivered materials in AMRO promptly to ensure accurate and up to date data for timely vendor payment.

  • Assist in the preparation and verification of detailed material lists for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance documentation.

  • Attend program syncs/meetings and take detailed summary/notes (if applicable)

  • Shall contribute to the identification and management of program risks.

  • Sync priorities across cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery of key initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years of relevant job experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in working independently, taking initiative, and supporting teams to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to meet stringent deadlines.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in all forms.

  • Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Collaborative tools; Data management systems like Costpoint and OnPoint;travel and procurement processes, tools, and technologies (e.g. BCD Travel, DTS, Joint Travel Regulations, SPOT, Amentum MRO).

  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

  • Ability to obtain a United States Passport.

  • Ability to obtain a secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 5 years of relevant job experience.

  • Experience executing and supporting programs located in Iraq

  • Ability to work core business hours aligned with Eastern or Central time zones.

  • Experience with receiving and reviewing invoices.

  • Experience with report preparation, review, and submittal.

  • Experience with parts and material coordination.

  • Experience working with business enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc).

Compensation Details:

$85,000-95,000
