Job description

The Real Property Management Services (RPMS) has responsibility for the Department of Justice's (DOJ) real property asset management programs. Assets include land, buildings, and other structures which are permanent acquisitions (federally- owned) or those that are temporary in nature, e.g. General Services Administration (GSA) assignments and leases. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst on the real estate administration team supporting the real property, rent, and parking programs.
Qualifications:To qualify for the position of Program Analyst, at GS-0343-13, you must meet the specialized experience listed below.
For the GS-13, specialized experience is defined as independently analyzing and evaluating complex programs or operations, performing budget formulation and execution activities, developing, interpreting and implementing policies, procedures or guidance, conducting program reviews, audits or internal control assessments and utilizing a financial management system to input, adjust or analyze financial data.
You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 05/26/2026 of this announcement.
