Job description

Program Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. As a program management specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to a Principal Program manager and provide recommendations for better communication and projection execution. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs and work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS project and regular interactions with schedulers, SMEs, , engineers and other key stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with customer service, front office, management, or event management
  • Experience with project management support for DoD acquisition programs or with supporting DoD agencies
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • Ability to build trust with the client and strong working relationships with onsite staff and remain in contact with leadership staff
  • Ability to transform complicated, technical information into concise, understandable communications such as PowerPoint or whitepapers
  • Ability to edit and perform quality control of documents including reports, presentations, and directives
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in Communications or Data Link related programs to assist in stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with program integration
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
