Program Analyst

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual. This is a technical position requiring extreme attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain a focus on multiple data points and developments.

Examples of the tasks you can expect to complete regularly as a Program Analyst:

  • Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders and multiple internal teams collaborating to develop actionable insights regarding project goals, progress, and implementation.
  • Participate in the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Track project progress utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and update project documentation.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to help program managers make informed decisions.
  • Identify risks and issues that may affect project success and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Attend project status meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change.
  • Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Participate in special projects, as required.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.
  • Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and clients.

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
