Job description

Contract Program Manager

Systems Integration, Inc. (SII) is a leading provider of customer experience, data analytics and digital transformation solutions, cloud-based services, and managed IT solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of contract execution for the FBI's ITBI (Intelligence Business Intelligence) program. This role is critical to ensure seamless communication between contractor personnel and government stakeholders, timely delivery of contract requirements, and operational continuity across all subtasks and functional areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between contractor staff and government personnel
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required deliverables per the Performance Requirements Summary
  • Oversee invoice preparation and submission to ensure compliance and timeliness
  • Provide regular operational updates to the government, highlighting key mission activities and milestones
  • Maintain continuity of operations during employee transitions, onboarding, or labor category changes
  • Prevent single points of failure by ensuring knowledge transfer and cross-training
  • Support all projects and tasks by:
    • Coordinating with government procurement personnel to acquire necessary materials
    • Scheduling qualified personnel to meet project deadlines
    • Leveraging 'reach-back' capabilities to access additional expertise or staffing as needed
    • Documenting project requirements, resources, and schedules, and submitting them to the designated government point of contact
  • Adhere to all specifications, guidelines, and directives provided by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)

Qualifications:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • Requires a Top-Secret clearance (SCI Poly may be required later).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience managing government contracts and deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and documentation standards
  • Experience with operational reporting and performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Project Management or related field.
  • PMP Certification preferred
