People Analytics Specialist - Long-Term Contract - 3 days Hybrid (Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking to hire a People Analytics Specialist for our Bay Area-based client. You will be working extensively on SQL and Tableau.
We prefer this individual to be based in the Bay Area. You will work 3 days on-site at the client location (Santa Clara).
Required skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.
  • Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.
  • Good experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR/People Analytics.

. Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), or other HR-related software to extract and analyze the relevant data.
. Understanding of predictive modeling techniques to forecast employee turnover or workforce planning initiatives.
โ€ข Prior experience in creating tables and views within Snowflake is a major plus.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
โ€ข Strong team player and results-driven.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Mine data to create new Insights into various areas as required by the business.
  • Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision-making analysis.
  • Creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required).
  • Duration: 12 months + extendible
