Job description

This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in our San Francisco office.

About the Role

We are seeking a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to serve as the architect and engine behind our data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will own the evolution of our HR tech stack, moving us from manual processes to sophisticated, AI-driven automation that unlocks capacity across the entire People team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role (P3) designed for a systems-thinker who wants to enable a modern, scalable and efficient People technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a deep curiosity for HR technology and at least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics. You should be someone who isn't just comfortable with data, but someone who finds joy in "breaking" a workflow to build a better, more automated version of it. You are an early adopter of AI tools and have the technical aptitude to translate complex business needs into elegant system configurations.

What You'll Work On:
  • Systems Architecture & Optimization: Own and optimize the entire HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt), ensuring seamless connectivity and integrations.
  • AI Implementation: Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new HR AI tools to keep Taskrabbit at the forefront of modern People operations.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers to recover team capacity.
  • People Analytics: Build and maintain automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness to provide the SLT with real-time insights.
  • Data Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for HRIS data quality, conducting regular audits
  • Strategic Reporting: Manage compensation cycle data pulls, engagement trend analysis, and ad-hoc requests to support strategic business decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Lead RFPs and contract negotiations for new tools, maintaining a clear People team tool roadmap.
Your Areas Of Expertise:
  • Technical Stack: Proven experience managing Rippling (highly preferred), Greenhouse, and Lattice.
  • Data Visualization: Expert-level skills in building technical dashboards and customizing complex reports.
  • AI Literacy: Practical experience or high proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
  • Systems Integration: Strong understanding of how HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools sync and transfer data.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to perform complex data merges and audit large datasets with high accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits:

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $105,00-$160,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
