Position: People Analytics Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 9 months+ temp-to-hire!!!


Pay rate: $65/hr


Note:

  • Hybrid role [3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday). Flexibility in days after training]
  • Work schedule: 40 hours/ week | Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5pm, with flexibility


JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position supports Client’s People Analytics team and is ideal for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who enjoys working with large datasets, building executive-level reporting, and ensuring exceptional data accuracy.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant analytics/reporting experience
  • Education or Certification Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required
  • Driver’s License
  • Experience with reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Ability to assess and analyze diverse information, formulate recommendations, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)


Required Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is the single most important qualification.
  • Advanced formulas
  • Pivot Tables
  • Lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
  • Data validation and manipulation
  • Working with large datasets
  • VBA and Macros are not required.
