  • Forecasting algorithms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Human Resources Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Web Analytics
  • Experience in data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts
  • Advanced skill level using Excel
  • Equally capable working as part of a team or independently
  • Proficient with SQL and Python or other data manipulation languages

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support day-to-day decision-making across HR and the business.
  • Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, offboarding survey results, talent acquisition metrics, compensation, benefits, learning, talent development, and other people-related initiatives.
  • Translate business questions into clear analyses, insights, presentations, and recommendations for HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support recurring reporting, ad hoc data requests, audits, and data quality reviews to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable people data.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent Development, HR Operations, and broader business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Develop both short-term solutions to address immediate business needs and scalable long-term solutions that improve reporting processes, automation, and self-service analytics.
  • Create presentations and materials that clearly communicate findings, trends, risks, and opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist with people analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through analysis, execution, and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve data governance, and enhance the overall employee data and reporting experience.
  • Maintain a strong focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and thoughtful interpretation of sensitive employee and organizational data.
