ROLE SUMMARY:

Our People Function is responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business. We are currently seeking an entry-level People (HR)Supervisorfor ourSupply organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner withPBPs andbusiness leaders to alignPeopleinititaves with organizational goals

  • Supportand executea variety ofPeopleinitiativesincluding engagement, talent management, rewards cycle, turnover reduction efforts,and more

  • Support campus recruitment, trainee and development programs

  • Analyze people data and generateactionableinsights to support business decision-making

  • Identifyopportunitiesand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and employeeexperience

  • Provide guidance onroutine employeeinquiriesand self-servicetools; escalate complex issues to PBPs or COEs

  • Manage & maintainMaster Data changes and management, including manager changes, cost center updates, titles, promotions, and salary changes

  • ProcessWorkday transactionsand IT onboarding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years' experience in HR function.

  • Regardless of the field, if you're the right fit for our culture, we'll take you as you are. And even though a background in business, human resources, or labor relations, would definitely help, we're also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors.

  • You're driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Open to future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
