Overview:
Overview
The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst provides advanced data analysis and reporting support to drive operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that monitor program performance and support business objectives.
The analyst partners closely with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, perform ad-hoc analyses, and promote self-service analytics capabilities.
This position supports key service lines such as Hospital Medicine, Stroke Regulatory Reporting, and Neurosciences, ensuring alignment of provider reporting and performance metrics across the portfolio.
The role also contributes to data quality, data stewardship, and the identification of new metrics to enhance reporting accuracy and insights.
As a subject matter expert, the Healthcare Data Analyst Senior leverages strong analytical and technical skills to provide data-driven recommendations, support regulatory reporting, and enable performance improvement across clinical and operational domains.
This role also mentors junior analysts and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Required)
Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics, SQL, or BI tools (Preferred)
Experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms (Preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare analytics, including clinical, operational, or regulatory reporting
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, define business requirements, and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting hospital medicine, stroke regulatory reporting, neurosciences, or related service lines
  • Knowledge of healthcare data domains such as quality reporting, population health, or regulatory compliance
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and supporting analytics best practices

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:80,204.80-133,681.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
