As a subject matter expert, the Healthcare Data Analyst partners with business leaders, operational teams, clinicians, and provider partners to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and deliver meaningful recommendations through data analysis. Responsibilities include designing and supporting programmatic reporting solutions, performing ad hoc analyses, defining business requirements for new analytical capabilities, and supporting data quality and stewardship initiatives to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
As an integrated health system, Sentara delivers analytics across a broad range of healthcare domains including health plan operations, population health, ambulatory care, acute and post-acute care, quality improvement, regulatory reporting, and operational performance. The Healthcare Data Analyst will leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to support initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business objectives.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:69,867.20-116,438.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
