Job Title: Contract Analyst
Client: Med Device Manufacturing Industry
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Overview:
Seeking a Contract Analyst to support contract drafting, negotiation, budgeting, and administration activities within a medical device and clinical research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements
• Support contract lifecycle activities from development through execution
• Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) and support budgeting activities
• Coordinate with legal, clinical, reimbursement, and cross-functional teams
• Track contract status, timelines, and deliverables
• Review contract redlines and provide recommendations
• Maintain contract documentation, records, and reporting
• Support outsourcing proposals, supplier agreements, and vendor management
• Assist with project coordination and smaller contract-related initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Understanding of legal terminology and contract language
• Budgeting and finance fundamentals
• Time management and organizational skills
