SENIOR ERP DATA & INTEGRATION ANALYST 

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview  

As the Sr. ERP Data & Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's ERP transformation, including the transition from Great Plains to a modern ERP platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion. This role will serve as a senior data-focused analyst responsible for understanding, organizing, governing, and supporting the data needs of the ERP implementation, including how ERP data is integrated with downstream reporting, analytics, and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake. 

The Sr. ERP Data & Integration Analyst will work closely with the Business Applications team, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to support ERP data strategy, data migration, master data management, integrations, reporting needs, and governance. This role will help ensure that critical enterprise data is accurate, well-structured, properly governed, and aligned with the future-state ERP environment. 

This position requires a strong combination of ERP platform knowledge, technical data skills, business process understanding, relationship management, and organizational discipline. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across business and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical data solutions that support a successful ERP implementation. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, data analysis, business systems analysis, ERP implementation, finance systems, data integration, or related roles 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered  
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or major business application transformation initiatives 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, Great Plains, or similar ERP platforms strongly preferred 
  • Strong understanding of ERP data structures, business processes, master data, financial data, and operational data  
  • Experience with master data management, data governance, data quality, data mapping, data conversion, and data validation 
  • Familiarity with chart of accounts design, financial dimensions, account structures, cost centers, departments, legal entities, and related finance data concepts  
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations with internal systems, external platforms, reporting tools, data warehouses, or third-party applications 
  • Strong SQL, data analysis, reporting, and technical troubleshooting skills preferred 
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, define data standards, and coordinate cross-functional data workstreams 
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, access controls, and financial system governance preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, issues, and deadlines 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership 
  • Experience with data migration tools, integration platforms, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, middleware, or reporting platforms is a plus 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior analyst supporting the data needs of the ERP implementation and transition from Great Plains to a new ERP platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion 
  • Partner closely with the Business Applications team to define, document, and execute ERP data requirements, data migration activities, integrations, and governance processes 
  • Support the design, mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration of data from legacy systems into the future-state ERP environment 
  • Assist with the creation and governance of the chart of accounts, financial dimensions, master data structures, and related ERP data models 
  • Work with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into ERP data requirements 
  • Support master data management practices, including data ownership, data definitions, data standards, data quality rules, approval workflows, and ongoing governance 
  • Analyze legacy Great Plains data and support mapping to the selected ERP platform, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion 
  • Support ERP integrations with internal systems, external applications, reporting tools, data platforms, and third-party vendors 
  • Create and maintain data documentation, mapping documents, process flows, data dictionaries, issue logs, validation reports, and governance materials 
  • Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit-related requirements by helping ensure ERP data structures, master data processes, integrations, access considerations, and documentation align with established control standards 
  • Identify data risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies that may impact ERP implementation success 
  • Partner with technical teams, consultants, vendors, and business users to test data conversions, integrations, reports, and system functionality 
  • Support user acceptance testing, reconciliation, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization related to ERP data and integrations 
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations to improve data quality, reporting consistency, process efficiency, and system reliability 
  • Help establish long-term ERP data governance practices to ensure data remains accurate, consistent, secure, and usable after implementation

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
