Our products are in use worldwide in commercial and military aircraft, lifesaving medical devices, weapon systems, inflight entertainment, power systems, and countless commercial, industrial & computer applications. Our facility is environmentally controlled, engineered for manufacturing flexibility, includes dedicated assembly labs for isolated program management, and a cleanroom facility. With dedicated professionals and assemblers regularly operating two full shifts, ISC operates with the most current high-speed tooling, material handling, and test equipment.


Job Overview

The ERP Data Analyst supports ISCโ€™s ERP environment (Rover ERP / M3) with a focus on database management, reporting, and process documentation. This role ensures data integrity, builds reporting that drives business decisions, documents standardized procedures, and helps users get the most out of the system through training and support. The position partners closely with operations, finance, and IT to translate business needs into reliable data and reporting solutions. This role reports to the Director of IT.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor ERP data integrity and support database-related reporting, troubleshooting, and business process improvements.
  • Support reporting and data workflows across integrated business systems, including ERP, business intelligence, manufacturing, and supply chain platforms.
  • Write and optimize Microsoft SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Query.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
  • Train and onboard end users through both group and individual instruction on ERP functionality, reporting tools, and business processes.
  • Partner with business units to translate operational needs into reporting and data solutions.
  • Support ERP-related data troubleshooting and respond to end-user requests.
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and the reporting aspects of system upgrades.
  • Coordinate ERP enhancement requests, working with business stakeholders and external ERP development resources to define requirements, support testing, and manage implementation.
  • Manage and prioritize ERP-related support requests, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and data-related inquiries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including evaluating emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions that enhance ERP and reporting capabilities.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP systems, databases, reporting platforms, or business applications.
  • Experience supporting, administering, or analyzing data within an ERP system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs and produce clear technical documentation.
  • Ability to train users effectively in both group and individual settings.
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot SQL queries and application logic
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business systems quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Direct experience with Rover ERP (formerly M3)
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Exposure to programming or scripting languages is a plus.


Compensation Range:

$95,000 - $105,000/year + bonus
