Job description

Position Summary

The ERP Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Highline Warren ERP systems. Reporting to the Director of ERP Applications, and taking daily direction from the ERP Technical Lead, this role is responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding requirements, drafting technical requirements and ensuring the ERP system meets operational needs. The ERP Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain effective ERP solutions that align with business objectives. This position can be based out of Elkton, MD, or Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and the ERP Technical Lead to review business requirements and document technical requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
  • Support ERP system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Assist in the integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
  • Provide end-user support and training for ERP applications.
  • Participate in testing of ERP related changes
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP modules.
  • Support the ERP Technical Lead in project planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, but equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems in an analyst or support role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Odoo ERP
  • Experience with Sage 100, including add-ons ScanForce, Mapadoc, and Paya.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration concepts.
  • ERP-related certifications or training.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
