Job description

The ERP Analyst will support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of our ERP and related business applications. Working closely with IT and business teams, this role will help ensure the ERP system operates effectively, supports business processes, and aligns with organizational goals. This is a junior-to-mid-level position, ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of ERP experience who are eager to grow their technical and business analysis skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide daily support for ERP systems (Dassault Systèmes IQMS and Omegacube), including troubleshooting, user assistance, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with ERP configurations, system testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with department leaders and end users.
  • Run SQL queries, create reports, and assist with data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, working with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain ERP user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ERP users to improve system adoption and efficiency.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and work with IT to address performance issues.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance ERP functionality and workflow efficiency.
  • Support integration efforts between ERP and related systems such as CRM, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proactively research, learn, and apply new technologies, tools, and system features without relying on direct instruction.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, or related IT/business application roles.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into system functionality.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IQMS, Omegacube) and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience with system integrations, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
