Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned ERP Analyst to bridge the gap between our business operations and technical solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert across a ERP landscape, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency across our primary systems and integrated platforms like Salesforce, Coupa, Finance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Optimization: Functional and technical support for the ERP environment, ensuring system configurations align with business requirements.
  • Systems Integration: Support integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications (Salesforce for CRM, Coupa for Procurement, and specialized Finance Applications integrations).
  • Process Engineering: Analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes to improve and create automation.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, data maps, and technical workflows for developers and stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data migration and synchronization across platforms to ensure "one source of truth" for financial and operational reporting.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on ERP systems
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/Syteline, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) strongly preferred
  • Experience managing ERP integrations with systems such as data warehouses, Power BI, and other enterprise applications
  • Solid understanding of core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes
  • Ability to query databases and understand APIs or middleware used for system integration
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Infor ERP or similar platforms (CSI/Syteline preferred)
  • Knowledge of BI tools for ERP reporting and visualization (Power BI certification a plus)
  • Relevant certifications such as Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Project Management certifications
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100 - $130k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(K) with matching.
