About the Role
We are seeking a Tracking+ Analyst who is eager to learn, grow, and support our global aviation customers. In this role, you will work closely with Tracking+ Business Consultants to assist with the configuration, onboarding, and delivery of Veryon Tracking+ implementations for both cloud-based and on-premises customers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their aviation technology or maintenance operations career who is passionate about problem-solving, learning complex systems, and supporting customer success. You will gain hands-on experience with aviation workflows, software configuration, and implementation best practices while contributing to high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior consultants during customer discovery sessions by documenting workflows, pain points, and requirements
  • Learn the Tracking+ platform, aviation maintenance processes, and implementation methodology through hands-on project involvement
  • Shadow consultants during solution design discussions, demos, and customer walkthroughs
  • Support configuration tasks under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Help prepare training materials, documentation, and customer-facing resources
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting activities
  • Participate in solution validation sessions by helping set up demos, prototypes, or test scenarios
  • Document gaps between customer needs and product capabilities for consultant review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely project execution
  • Assist in delivering training sessions or Q&A workshops as your product knowledge grows

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in aviation operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality, or related fields
  • Exposure to software tools or technical systems used in aviation environments
  • Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in team environments
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow into a consultant-level role

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based systems
  • BA/BS degree in a technical, aviation, or related discipline
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory authorities (FAA, EASA, etc.)
  • Interest in project management or business analysis
  • Data manipulation or reporting experience

Growth Path
This role is designed as a development pathway toward becoming a full Tracking+ Business Consultant. As you gain experience, you will progressively take on more responsibility in solution design, customer advisory, and project leadership.
