Job Description:

Business Process Management and Process Architecture professional with 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, process optimization, workflow management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process modeling, workflow methodologies, and end-to-end process design across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions.

Skilled in conducting detailed business analysis, documenting functional requirements, creating application specifications, identifying business pain points, and delivering scalable and sustainable process solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications and automation initiatives.

Strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles.

Expertise in solution design, Pega Guardrails, process governance, scalability planning, and sustainable application development best practices.
