Job Title : Appian BPM Administrator

Position Summary:
The Appian Business Process Management (BPM) Application Administrator will serve as the primary technical authority for Appian application operations and be responsible for managing all Appian related application deployments, administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support activities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience in Installing, Upgrading, Troubleshooting, Maintaining and Publishing Appian BPM application
Advanced technical knowledge and proven hands on administration of Appian BPM Version 6.1 including:managing multiple Appian- based applications and associated permissions, monitoring and correcting Appian processes,  applying Appian patches and software updates and migrating Appian software and services to upgraded hardware and software platforms
Excellent level of server and application troubleshooting with a strong background in customer service; extensive troubleshooting experience
