ERP Project Manager (Enterprise Systems Implementation)
SNI Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for an open-ended contract opportunity supporting a fast-growing organization undergoing large-scale technology transformation initiatives. This individual will oversee enterprise application rollouts and system implementations across multiple business units and newly integrated operations.
This position offers flexibility with the ability to work remotely; however, candidates who can occasionally collaborate onsite in either Phoenix, AZ or San Antonio, TX are preferred.
Compensation & Position Details
  • Hourly rate: Up to $52/hr.
  • Open-ended contract opportunity
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
  • Standard business hours, Monday-Friday
  • Weekly pay (paid every Friday for prior week's hours)
  • Contractor benefits available during the engagement
  • Remote flexibility with occasional onsite collaboration opportunities

Position Overview
The ERP Project Manager will lead enterprise software deployment initiatives from planning through post-production support. This individual will drive implementation efforts involving new business integrations, operational platform transitions, and enterprise application rollouts while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This position requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Implementation
  • Lead full lifecycle project delivery for enterprise platform implementations from kickoff through stabilization
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk management strategies
  • Manage multiple implementation initiatives running concurrently across various operational groups
  • Coordinate system configuration, integrations, testing efforts, and deployment activities
  • Lead go-live planning and readiness assessments
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Communication & Leadership
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, leadership, technical resources, and external partners
  • Facilitate status meetings and executive updates
  • Translate technical concepts and project risks into actionable business communication
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address project challenges
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams

Change Management & User Adoption
  • Develop communication and organizational change strategies for new technology rollouts
  • Coordinate training efforts and ensure readiness across impacted teams
  • Support user adoption and transition planning activities
  • Monitor post-launch adoption and identify opportunities for improvement

Data & Integration Oversight
  • Manage data migration planning including mapping, validation, cleansing, and conversion activities
  • Coordinate migration timelines and implementation dependencies
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality throughout project execution
  • Oversee integrations between enterprise systems and related business applications

PMO & Process Improvement
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, templates, playbooks, and risk logs
  • Provide visibility into active project portfolios and resource planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements within project delivery methodologies
  • Contribute to ongoing PMO and project governance enhancements

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP, enterprise software, or technology implementations
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Project planning and execution
    • Scope and change management
    • Risk mitigation
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Timeline management
  • Hands-on experience with data migration initiatives and implementation activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
