POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Oracle Cloud ERP Program / Project Manager will serve as the overall leader and single point of accountability for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modernization program. This role owns delivery execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and coordination with PGCPS leadership, including executive and Board-level stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide end-to-end program leadership for the ERP modernization initiative
  • Own project governance, scope, schedule, and risk management
  • Manage vendor staffing using a ramp-up / ramp-down model as required by PGCPS
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports
  • Coordinate closely with the PGCPS ERP Project Manager
  • Lead executive and Board-level briefings as needed
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and public-sector delivery standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of ERP program or project management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
  • Public-sector ERP modernization experience
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs
