Job description


Mobolutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive ERP  Project Coordinator /PMO Support  to support the successful delivery of enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role combines traditional Project Coordinator responsibilities with a strong focus on Project Management Office (PMO) governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting SAP or ERP projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment alongside project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

  • Preference will be given to candidates local to the DFW Metroplex.
  • Must be open to working on-site.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management role.
  • Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle (ASAP, Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies).
  • Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, project schedules, and meeting documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, FICO, MM, SD, or other SAP functional implementations.
  • Exposure to PMO governance and project portfolio reporting.
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in an SAP consulting or system integrator environment is highly desirable.
