Job Description
Title: ERP Project Manager - Human Capital
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Terms: Contract - 6-12 Months
The ERP Project Manager will support a large-scale law firm merger by leading the planning and execution of IT systems integration efforts across two organizations. This role is responsible for coordinating the integration of core enterprise platforms-including HRIS and possibly other business-critical systems-while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and external vendors, the Project Manager will drive timelines, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of integration milestones within a complex, multi-entity environment.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering projects to completion within complex, large-scale, or global transformation environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with a proven track record of high-quality project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience facilitating project planning sessions, tracking task execution, and escalating risks or issues to appropriate owners or program leadership.
  • Hands-on experience leading integration planning and execution discussions with operational and technical teams.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with common HRIS and ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware, data integration tools, and data migration concepts.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS applications and integrations.
  • Background working in regulated or security-conscious environments.
  • Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts.
