The Senior Business Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs that deliver strategic business outcomes and organizational value. The Senior Business Program Manager has the following responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestone schedules.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Drive governance processes, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business, technology, operational, and external partners.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Track program performance, budget, resource utilization, and benefit realization.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across program teams.
Who is USP Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational
Leadership, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex business or technology programs.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
Additional Desired Preferences
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within a PMO, portfolio management, or governance environment.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD $100,042.00 - $142,560.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate's skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.
