Position Overview:

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Capture Manager โ€“ Government IT Staffing (Federal & State) for an exciting Remote, D.C area (Remote).

If you know how to win government contracts and turn them into active IT staffing requisitions, we want to hear from you. Weโ€™re expanding our Federal & State IT Workforce Solutions practice and are looking for a Capture Manager who can own government relationships, capture strategy, proposals, and pipeline conversion end-to-end.

What Youโ€™ll Own:
  • Federal, State, and Local agency and prime integrator relationships

  • Full capture lifecycle: early positioning โ†’ win themes โ†’ proposals

  • Converting awards into steady IT staffing requisitions

  • Teaming strategy, partner selection, and competitive analysis

  • RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, task orders, and IDIQs

  • Seamless handoff from award to recruiting and delivery execution

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 8 to 10+ years in Government Capture / GovCon BD.

  • Proven Federal or State contract wins

  • Strong grasp of government procurement and labor-based IT staffing

  • Experience turning contracts into live demand

  • Existing relationships preferred | Clearance a plus (not required)
