Job Title: Senior ERP Project Manager
Job Type: Contract *This role is a 6-month assignment.
Job Salary: $66/hour
Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week
Job Location: Houston, TX 77002
Summary
Experienced Senior ERP Project Manager needed to lead enterprise ERP initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role requires strong ERP program leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, and change management.
What you'll do
  • Lead and deliver complex ERP projects across multiple business domains from planning through closeout.
  • Manage full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Drive change management and adoption activities to ensure successful transition to new systems and processes.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support portfolio planning by mapping resource demand to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare executive-level communications including status updates, presentations, and steering committee materials.
  • Oversee vendor integration activities and ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.

Required qualifications
  • 5+ years managing complex, enterprise-level ERP projects.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR business processes.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including executives.
  • Experience with system architecture, integrations, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid.
  • Experience with project and portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project; Planview PPM Pro; ServiceNow SPM; Open Workbench.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build stakeholder trust.
