Job description

JUNIOR PROGRAM ANALYST
INCATech is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support FEMA programs by performing analytical, data-management, and reporting activities. The Junior Program Analyst will gather, enter, review, analyze, prepare, and prepare information into prescribed data formats and systems. The Junior Program Analyst will evaluate information to identify issues and develop recommendations for solutions or process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established requirements.
  • Analyze program processes, requirements, and information to determine issues, trends, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and submit recommendations for solutions to identified program, process, or data-related issues.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, process documentation, workflows, and flowcharts.
  • Develop written reports, summaries, dashboards, visualizations, and analyses that communicate program status, trends, findings, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and present analytical results in a clear, concise, and usable format.
  • Coordinate with program personnel and stakeholders to obtain information, clarify requirements, and support assigned analytical activities.
  • Maintain supporting documentation and records in accordance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience performing program, business, operational, or data analysis.
  • Strong research, analytical, technical writing, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting DHS and/or FEMA.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop dashboards, reports, and management-level insights.
