of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Qualifications:DA-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to most of the following: 1) Leading the development, coordination, and authoring of complex procurement packages (e.g., writing Statements of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statements (PWS), generating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), or conducting technical evaluations of contractor proposals); 2) Managing comprehensive contractor surveillance and quality assurance (e.g., executing Contract Surveillance Plans, managing QASP compliance, auditing contractor invoices for proper labor/ODC charging, and formally accepting hardware, software, and data deliverables); 3) Conducting risk assessments, tracking complex contract funding levels and burn rates against ceilings to prevent overruns, and formulating corrective actions for performance delays or contract variances; and 4) Leading cross-functional teams, coaching or mentoring junior team members/CORs, and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract execution disputes.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to most of the following: 1) Assisting in the development of project plans or procurement documents (e.g., gathering data for Statements of Work or cost estimates); 2) Monitoring routine project or contract deliverables to ensure compliance with established guidelines; 3) Gathering and analyzing project data to identify issues and propose corrective actions; and 4) Collaborating with internal team members and external stakeholders to support successful project execution.
