Role Overview

Stoney Clover Lane is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to join the growing team! This person will be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and play a critical role in managing the product development lifecycle from tech-pack to PO -- ensuring products meet design intent, quality standards, and launch timelines.

Youโ€™ll partner cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production, technical design, collabs, and vendors to bring innovative and high-quality products to market.


What You Will Do

โ€ข Retail expertise a must

โ€ข Manage end-to-end product development process for assigned categories

โ€ข Collaborate closely with design, licensing, and sourcing to translate ideas into executable products

โ€ข Own and maintain development calendars with PD coordinator and track key milestones to ensure on-time development and approvals

โ€ข Communicate daily with global vendors to monitor sample status, negotiate lead-times, and resolve development issues

โ€ข Support production and sourcing by working collaboratively to achieve target costs

โ€ข Maintain and update product line plan (dev tracker) and basic BOMs

โ€ข Attend cross-functional meetings, capturing and distributing notes & actions as needed

โ€ข Partner with tech and production team to ensure products meet required quality and compliance standards

โ€ข Develop new packaging with nominated supplier

What You Bring

โ€ข 2-4 years of experience in product development or sourcing

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in fashion or business

โ€ข Experience working with overseas vendors and knowledge of manufacturing processes

โ€ข Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Netsuite & Adobe Illustrator a plus

โ€ข Strong follow-through and accountability

โ€ข Proven ability to build and scale teams and processes
