Job description

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Analyst (Market Insight) to define and execute impactful marketing strategies for our innovative products. This pivotal role will drive marketing positioning, foster cross-functional collaboration, and influence future product development through strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiates the product in the market.
  • Ideation and Design: Brainstorm innovative product ideas and define product specifications, features, and performance requirements.
  • Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps. Maintain comprehensive profiles on key competitors and emerging technologies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, e-commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement
  • External Relationship Management: Actively participate in high-level buyer and key account meetings to understand retailer needs, present strategic roadmaps, and gather actionable feedback to influence future strategy

Qualifications

  • +1 years of experience in product marketing preferred
