Job description

We are hiring an Associate Product Development Specialist to help us create better products across multiple brands and categories. You will work directly with the founder to research competitors, identify product opportunities, organize ideas, build concept directions, and support the product development process from idea to factory execution.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, visually strong, detail-oriented, and excited about physical products, design, and innovation.

Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Research competitor products, customer reviews, market trends, and category gaps
  • Help identify opportunities to improve existing products or develop better new ones
  • Organize inspiration, references, and concept directions into clear boards and presentations
  • Turn rough ideas from leadership into clearer product concepts and development notes
  • Draft product briefs with key details including materials, dimensions, features, finishes, construction ideas, and visual references
  • Work with internal designers, 3D designers, sourcing team, and factories to help communicate product direction clearly
  • Track product development projects, samples, revisions, and next steps
  • Review product samples and help document improvement opportunities
  • Keep product development files, notes, and decisions organized
  • Help build a more structured product development workflow across brands

  • 0.5 to 3 years of experience in product development, product design support, consumer goods, accessories, sourcing support, industrial design support, or a related field

  • Ability to create clean concept boards, reference decks, and visual briefs
  • Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Good written and verbal English communication
  • Able to work closely with leadership and move ideas forward quickly
  • Experience with ecommerce, Amazon products, consumer goods, jewelry, wellness, accessories, or packaging is a plus
  • Experience working with factories, suppliers, or product sampling is a plus
  • 3D or CAD familiarity is a plus, but not required
