As a product development coordinator, you communicate with production, design, and development teams to assist with new projects, manage timelines, and complete administrative tasks. Your duties are to research and quote raw materials, collect documentation of new materials or ingredients, and establish timelines while tracking each project to ensure they remain within budget. Some positions require you to research new packaging options and provide pricing.
