Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Development Coordinator to support a fast-paced product development team. This role acts as a key connector across cross-functional partners, ensuring product timelines, costing, and sample execution stay on track from concept through production.
What You'll Do
  • Support the product development lifecycle by partnering closely with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams
  • Enter, compile, and analyze cost data for all product styles, identifying and escalating discrepancies
  • Track and manage concept samples, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with mills and vendors
  • Maintain and manage Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met
  • Communicate daily with overseas sourcing teams to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Support product development processes, systems, and protocols to improve efficiency and execution
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and successful product delivery
What You Bring
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, especially with data entry and cost analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience working with global teams
  • Ability to problem-solve and proactively identify risks or discrepancies
