Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and define customer needs using Jobs to be Done (JTBD), use cases, and user stories to drive the development of innovative SaaS solutions, such as fleet and asset management software and tools.
  • Lead product development by documenting and communicating requirements, collaborating across internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring each solution delivers value and ROI.
  • Guide feature development, aligning stakeholder and business needs with technical requirements throughout the lifecycle, and facilitate communication between internal/external customers and project leadership.
  • Champion product solutions by partnering with technology and experience leads to validate requirements, address broader business factors, and leverage data analytics to support recommendations.
  • Communicate team progress and actively participate in leadership presentations, maintaining a professional and business-focused approach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
  • Experience in software development and SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and document product requirements (PRDs) and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience presenting to business leadership.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodology and SDLC.
  • Occasional travel required (0–10%).

Hybrid work is available, with onsite presence required in New Bremen, OH.
