We’re partnering with an innovative beauty brand to find a Product Development Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of exciting new launches across skincare, color cosmetics, and accessories.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about beauty and eager to gain hands-on experience bringing products from concept to shelf.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support product development from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory & PR
  • Assist with SKU forecasting, sales trend analysis, and inventory awareness
  • Coordinate market research, product testing, and competitive analysis
  • Manage product data, documentation, artwork, and regulatory workflows
  • Support PR initiatives and photo shoots
  • Help drive product positioning, naming, and go-to-market efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar)
  • Must have beauty industry experience  (skincare + color cosmetics strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
