Position Overview

The PD coordinator provides the complex administrative support throughout the product development and sampling process. This role coordinates project timelines, maintain product documentation, communicate with internal teams and vendors, and help ensure products are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor development calendar and work-in-progress (WIP) reports to support Market Week development by tracking samples, development status.
  • Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables and Time & Action (TNA) to ensure all technical pack deadlines are meet in support of production schedules
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, packaging, brand and oversea offices
  • Maintain accurate product specifications, records and development documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive records of submits, Sample Evaluation Forms, and development samples while monitoring sample revisions and approvals
  • Maintain the market week sample record and fabric libraries to support internal team and workshop requirements
  • collaborate closely with design, marketing, packaging teams to develop coordinated colors, patterns, material concepts and sample execution.
  • Conduct market and comparative shopping to support market intelligence support for India and other teams when it is needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with design team to ensure accurate and complete art/tech pack, including proper sizing specification and material details
  • Work closely with senior team members on cost impact analysis, sourcing decision and product allocation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to optimize development process
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, motivational and enthusiastic approach in all interactions
  • Maintain timely and consistent communication with internal teams, vendors and oversea offices


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or related field
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
